Each year Northwest Arkansas wedding vendors get together at large events called Bridal Expos, Venue Open Houses, and Bridal Shows. These events are a chance for these vendors to showcase their work, answer questions about their services, packages, and pricing, and connect with couples and brides face to face. Each vendor will have a booth or table set up with photos, examples, and even styled displays for you to pursue. If you are recently engaged and in the process of looking for the right vendors to book for your wedding, these bridal events are perfect for you. A lot of these events happen on the same day for your convenience. Grab your maid of honor, sister, or mom and make a whole day of it, or head to one of these bridal events right here in Northwest Arkansas:

The Ravington Open House

  • January 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, 2022

  • Every Sunday in January

  • 2pm-4pm

This year The Ravington in Centerton, Arkansas is having their first ever open house on January 9th. The theme is glamorous and extravagant. You won’t want to miss this fun event, or any of the vendors. Madison Nichole Weddings & Events has the honor of participating as a vendor for the open house on the 9th & the 16th. I am excited to see all of the blushing brides there. Sassafras Springs Open House

Every year some of Arkansas' best wedding venues like Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery host open houses. These open houses are typically smaller than the Bridal Shows and Expositions, but are often free and open to the public. The vendors at these open houses have good relationships with the venues and often offer special deals such as all inclusive packages if you book during the event. This is also an opportunity for you to meet with the venue managers and schedule a tour with them if you are interested in having your wedding there. 

Northwest Arkansas Wedding Show

  • January 16th, 2022

This annual Wedding show is on the busiest day of bridal events in Northwest Arkansas. It is one of the largest events taking place that day and the perfect opportunity to meet some of NWA’s local vendors. You can also expect to see many displays for wedding design ideas and inspiration to help plan your big day. 


The Apollo on Emma Wedding Fair

Another venue hosting their annual open house on the 16th is The Apollo on Emma in Springdale. This year is The Apollo’s 3rd Annual Wedding fair. The event is free and open to the public. There will be lots of vendors like Bloom Events & Designs, B. Jayne Events, Tie 1 On, Shelby Lynn's, Catering Concepts, Trailside Coffee, Simple & Sweet Creamery, Ever Serene Photography and more.

Arkansas Democrat Gazette Bridal Show

  • January 16th, 2022

  • 12:30pm-4pm

  • General Admission: $10

  • VIB (Very Important Bride) Admission: $50

  • VIG (Very Important Guest) Admission: $35

  • Steakhouse Convention Center, Little Rock

  • 7 Statehouse Plaza Little Rock, AR

The Arkansas Democrat Gazette Bridal Show is one of the largest bridal events in Arkansas. This bridal event also takes place on the 16th and is located in Little Rock Arkansas. If you attend this event in Little Rock, you will not be able to hit all of the other events taking place in Northwest Arkansas on the same day, however, you will have the opportunity to meet some of the best wedding vendors in Central Arkansas. With a fashion showcase, raffle prizes, contests, and giveaways this event has some very exclusive offerings and vendors.

Kiss the Bride Expo

  • January 30th, 2022

  • 12pm-4pm

  • Tickets $10/each

  • Holiday Inn and Northwest Arkansas Convention Center

  • 1500 South 48th St, Springdale, AR

The Kiss the Bride Expo is back again this year on January 30th from 12-4pm at the Holiday Inn and Northwest Arkansas Convention in Springdale. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased in person or online. All couples, engaged or not, are invited to this large bridal event with fashion shows, food and cake taskings, displays and demonstrations, and expert advice and counseling from professionals in the wedding industry. 


Osage House Open House

  • February 6th, 2022

This year is Osage House’s 2nd annual Open House. The Chapel, The Reserve, and the Reception Hall will be filled with vendors. Learn more about the venue in Cave Springs and book your vendors for your big day. 


Northwest Arkansas Bridal Expo
