As the wedding planners at Madison Nichole Weddings, we had the honor of bringing David and McCall's vision to life, and let me tell you, this wasn't your average "something blue" kind of affair. From the punchy red and light pink color palette to the custom dance floor and Coke favor wall, every element of this celebration oozed personality and style.
Razorback Roots
David and McCall's love story is the stuff of dreams - high school sweethearts who found their forever after. But these two Razorbacks didn't just share a deep connection; they also shared a passion for their alma mater, the University of Arkansas.
David was a member of the Razorback drumline, while McCall brought the spirit as the beloved mascot, Sue E. So when it came time to plan their big day, it was only natural that they infused their wedding with a healthy dose of Razorback Red.
The Osage House Affair
The couple chose the stunning Osage House as the backdrop for their celebration, and let me tell you, this venue did not disappoint. With its architectural modern charm and breathtaking natural surroundings, Osage House provided the perfect canvas for David and McCall's vibrant vision.
The Finer Details
No Madison Nichole Weddings event would be complete without a few unexpected surprises, and David and McCall’s wedding did not disappoint. As guests arrived at the reception, they were greeted by a truly unique seating chart and favor combo - a Coke wall showcasing glass bottles(You know the glass ones with real cane sugar that everyone loves) with each guest's name and table number, a personalized touch designed by Madison Nichole Weddings. But the favors don’t stop there. At each guests seat were custom matchbox favors - little touches that added an extra layer of personalization to the celebration.
The wedding cake display featured not one, not two, but THREE cakes. A towering confection decorated with delicate pearls, that a true work of art created by Rick's Bakery, and the groom's cake paid homage to the couple's four-legged babies with an adorable dog-themed design. The third cake was for the Bride and the Bride ONLY! Miller's Marvelous Munchies created a special cake just for her to enjoy that was dairy free. McCall had the perfect topper for the cake that she bought decades ago with her mom when she was just a child!
From the stunning floral arrangements by Arloh Flora, featuring pink and red roses and painted pink baby's breath, to the the stunning rentals were provided by Eventology, and the elegant stationery was designed by the team at Madison Nichole Weddings, every element of this wedding was executed with the utmost care and attention to detail. All the Polaroids
David and McCall had a several polaroid inspired details through out their wedding. At cocktail hour each guest had their picture taken on a vintage polaroid camera to go along with their sweet message in the couple’s guest book - How cute is that? A the reception their polaroid style table numbers featured photos of the bride and groom throughout their relationship. And to top it all off, the couple's memories were captured by the talented Julia Stroud Photography, who used both digital and polaroid cameras to immortalize the day's magic.
A Dance Floor to Remember
Ozark Mix DJ provided the music, photo booth, and emcee services, keeping the party going all night long. But the real showstopper was the custom dance floor, created by The Dancefloor Man. Adorned in a stunning pink and white checkered pattern, it was the perfect complement to the couple's bold color palette. And let me tell you, that dance floor was hopping all night long!.
