50 Shades of Pink Wedding
When a former Arkansas Razorback turned NFL Raiders player ties the knot, you know it's going to be epic. But Dalton and Devyn's July wedding wasn't just about star power – it was a masterpiece in pink that proved even tough football players aren't afraid to embrace their softer side! From the first look to ending the night with a firework show, these two pulled all the stops to create an event of a lifetime that they and their guests will compare all future weddings to!
The Vision
When this dynamic couple came to Madison Nichole Weddings with their dream of a wedding featuring fifty shades of pink, we knew we were in for something special. Their plan was all about the details…the pink details! Their vision combined Dalton's athletic prowess with Devyn's romantic aesthetic, creating a celebration that was equal parts glamorous and heartfelt.
A Venue That Wowed
Kindred North provided the perfect backdrop for this pink-themed extravaganza. The venue's modern chic elements created a stunning contrast with the soft, romantic details we incorporated throughout the space. Eventology's rentals transformed every corner into a pink paradise, while Alpha Lit's marquee letters added that touch of Hollywood glamour perfect for our NFL star's big day.
Blooms That Took Our Breath Away
Arloh Flora outdid themselves with installations that had guests gasping in delight. The ceremony space featured a gradient of pink blooms, from the palest blush to the deepest rose that perfectly captured our "fifty shades of pink" theme. Garden roses, and ranunculus, and bogovelia created textural arrangements that looked (and smelled) divine.
A Ceremony to Remember
The ceremony began with beautiful melodies from Cello by Austin, whose strings added an air of sophistication to the proceedings. Kindred North’s lush greenery was a perfect backdrop that made the pink ceremony installation pop. As captured perfectly by Loren Bullard Photography and Weaver Films, the moment Devyn walked down the aisle was pure magic.
Cocktail Hour & Beyond
Mint 2 Mix crafted signature pink cocktails that were both beautiful and delicious. The cocktails named after their two sweet basset hounds, Duke and Dory quickly became guest favorites! The Sous Chef's passed appetizers were artfully presentation, proving that attention to detail makes all the difference.
A Reception That Rocked
The celebration kicked into high gear as guests entered the reception space. The Dancefloor Man provided a stunning white dance floor featuring the couples custom crest that became the canvas for an unforgettable party. DJ Bear from Central Arkansas Entertainment kept the energy high all night long, mixing everything from romantic slow songs to pump-up football anthems.
Sweet Devotion Cakery created a show stopping cake that featured Arloh Floras beautiful florals and a groom’s cake that represented each of Dalton’s football team throughout his career. Guests were treated to additional sweet delights from Alchemy Macaroons, whose pink-hued French macarons served as both favors and the seating chart display.
Capturing Every Moment
Loren Bullard Photography and Weaver Films worked their magic throughout the day, capturing everything from subtle details to grand moments. The getting-ready shots of Devyn and her bridal party, looking flawless thanks to Mood Beauty, are absolute perfection. The stationery suite, a collaboration between Minted and Madison Nichole Weddings, tied everything together with its cohesive pink design elements.
Interactive Elements That Wowed
The couple included several unique elements that kept guests entertained throughout the evening. NWA Photo Booth captured silly moments, while After the Tone provided a modern twist on the traditional guest book with audio messages. The Dancefloor was filled with guests wearing pink light up cowboy hats and waving foam wands in the air like they just didn’t care. Nicole Renee Fine Art was there to capture their first dance in real-time, creating a stunning painting that the couple will treasure forever. These thoughtful touches gave guests multiple ways to leave their mark on the celebration.
A Grand Finale
The night concluded with a spectacular fireworks display by Dancenhance, lighting up the summer sky! The newlyweds made their getaway in a classic Black Convertible Thunderbird from High Society Rentals, the perfect place to sit and watch the fireworks.
