Each month Aisle to Altar features a different wedding vendor in the Northwest Arkansas area. These vendors are the crème dela crème; each one with unique skills, expertise, and services. Not only are these vendors amazing at what they do, but they are amazing people. Through this series you will meet the names and faces behind these local companies, and learn about their passions, their stories, their services, and their work. The 2021 May Vendor of the Month is: Eden’s Flower Truck & Botanicals.
Eden Garrett, Owner
From College Project to Blooming Business
During her time as a student at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri, Eden Garrett was assigned a project to create a hypothetical business plan. During her initial proposal for her project, her professor hated it. Despite her professor's scrutiny, Eden stayed true to herself and her project. Eden went above and beyond and even started looking at trucks while she created a full proof business plan for a mobile flower cart. Her final presentation blew her professor away and even took it upon himself to invest and make Eden’s flower truck come to life. Of course Eden said “yes before he could change his mind,” and Eden’s Flower Truck took to the streets for the first time in March 2018. When she started, Eden knew nothing about flowers. During her project, she did her research and became a self taught florist, and is so glad she did. Not only is Eden working for herself, but she loves her work and the joy that her truck has brought into people's lives.

Flower Truck or Moving Truck
I first heard about Eden’s Flower Truck while I was living in Springfield, Missorui. The truck was parked on the street in front of my dorm on a regular basis for students to buy beautiful freshly cut flowers. I was so excited to hear the news that they were moving the truck to Fayetteville, my hometown. After Eden graduated from Missouri State University, she decided that the best thing for her to do for her new business was to move to the Northwest Arkansas area, and we are so glad she did. Not only did Eden move her flower truck, but she also expanded and opened her first storefront which is located in Fayetteville on N Steele St under the Uptown Apartments. At the storefront, you can purchase flowers and other botanical gifts. When you stop by, be sure you say hi to the store’s pet bird.
Eden’s Flower Truck & Botanicals Services
Eden’s Flower Truck & Botanicals does it all from workshops, flower subscriptions, and wedding arrangements. Anyone can attend one of Eden’s bi-weekly workshops that happen from 6-8 at the storefront in Fayetteville. Ticket prices for these workshops may vary and can be found here. If you love keeping a fresh bouquet of cut flowers in your home, then Eden’s Floralscription is perfect for you. The first Monday of every month, Eden’s Flower Truck & Botanicals delivers their floralscriptions. When you subscribe you have the option to pick your price range between $25 and $100. But that’s not all. Eden’s Flower Truck is the perfect addition to any event. You can book Eden’s flower truck for your birthday, shower, and even your wedding. The flower truck will pull right up to your front door and provide you and your guests with the most beautiful arrangements.
